Refund policy

Our policy of 100% satisfaction guarantee is valid for a period of 30 days. Regrettably, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase. To qualify for a return, Haze products must be returned in its original packaging, and all refunds and exchanges are subject to assessment. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary to process your return. Kindly refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.

  • HOW CAN I RETURN MY HAZE ORDER?

    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY RETURN WAS APPROVED?

    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • HOW IS THE REFUND PROCESSED?

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY REFUND?

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.   • CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS THAT WERE ON SALE?

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. You are responsible to pay for the cost of shipping back to our facility.

  • CAN I RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS MARK AS A GIFT?

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about the return.
